When you provide us with information through DIVAGE Fashion Srl (the “Company”) www.borrellifragrances.com website (the “Site”), we respect your privacy. It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to this Site is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. Please note that this Privacy Policy governs only information provided to the Company. It does not govern any other information or communications that may refer to the Company e.g., communications from the Company counters located within brick and mortar retail stores. 1. Information collection

We do not collect personally identifiable information (the “Information”) about you, except when you provide it to us directly or through a third party. For example, if you decide to complete an online survey you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email address, mailing address and telephone number), birthday, gender and product and/or cosmetic concerns, and the brands and products you use. If you decide to place an order, we will also need to know your delivery and billing address, credit card number and expiry date. Please note you may be transferred to a third party service provider’s website in order to submit this information. When you register with us your information is stored in ‘My Account’. To protect your personal information, users registering at this Site must also enter a user name and password. You can access ‘My Account’ directly to amend any personal details, for example if you change your address. You may request that we deactivate your account by emailing us. Sensitive information is not generally sought through the Site. Such information includes data relating to: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or other similar beliefs; physical or mental health. If you do provide sensitive information, by providing that information you explicitly consent to us using it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you would prefer that we not collect any Information from you, please do not provide us with any such information. Please note that if you do not wish to provide any Information, you will not be able to make purchases on this Site.

2. Use of the Information

We strive to provide you with a full range of cosmetic products and services designed to meet your unique cosmetic needs. In order to provide you with this level of service, we may use the Information collected through the Site primarily for such purposes as: helping to establish and verify the identity of users; opening, maintaining, administering and servicing users’ accounts or memberships; processing, servicing or enforcing transactions and sending related communications; providing services and support to users; improving the Site, including tailoring it to users’ preferences; providing users with product or service updates, promotional notices and offers, and other information about the Company and its affiliates; responding to your questions, enquiries, comments and instructions; maintaining the security and integrity of its systems.

a. Opt-In Communications

In addition, if you opt-in during the Site’s registration process or at other times when you submit personally identifiable information, the information you provide may be used to create and deliver to you our newsletters, surveys or other communications containing product and event information, cosmetic tips or promotions (“Opt-In Communications”). For example, we may look at what you have previously ordered in an attempt to tell you about promotions that will be of particular interest to you. We will also assume that you have indicated your consent to opt-in if you have given us your details when placing an order without opting-out by un-ticking the consent boxes. If you prefer not to receive such Opt-In Communications, please do not opt-in to receive these communications or, if you are giving us your details when placing an order, please opt-out when given the opportunity to do so. b. Information contained in user comments

Any information you submit in a user comment to be posted on the Site (such as product reviews on the product pages), including any personally identifiable information, will not be treated as confidential and may be publicly disclosed.

3. Use of the Information by Group Companies

We may share your Information with our affiliates and other divisions of the Company that distribute and market its products (the “Group Companies”) which may use this information provided they use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy (please also refer to Section 6).

4. No disclosure of the Information for third party marketing without your consent

a. Fraud protection and compliance with law

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
